‘ello!

So, this is my personal work-out, weight-tracking blog. I really, really want to get back into my healthy eating habits and my consistent work outs. I do NOT think I am fat. Let me make that clear. I just want to FEEL better about myself, and when I work out and I tone up, I feel great.

Right Now:

  • Hips - 37 1/2
  • Weight - 138

Goals:

  • Waist - 25
  • Hips - 35
  • Weight - 120
