FINALLY starting working out…

I’ve been on my medication for Fibromyalgia, and it make’s me feel very weird. I have no appetite, my head is kinda just blah, im exhausted and i have no energy.

But today, I woke up and felt good. I did take a two hour nap, but made a turkey sandwich with sourdough bread, argulua, cheese, mayo, with some kettle chips and a small side caesar salad.

I went to the gym after that.

  • Walk to Gym : (1.07 miles) (112 calories)
  • 20 minute Ab Workout
  • Walk on Treadmill : (1 miles) (3.6 speed, 15 incline)
  • Run on Treadmill : (1 miles) (5.3 speed, 0.9 incline) = [317 calories total, 20 min]
  • Bike : (5 minutes) (20 calories)
  • Walk Home : (0.97 miles) (101 calories)

My knee felt alright! After I got home it hurt a little ,but probably because of the biking.  I really need to build my endurance !!

DIET

After doing some research, I think I want to try a (modified) raw diet. I keep reading studies about it helping fibromyalgia, and I really want to give it a shot. I made a grocery list, so I’m thinking about making this happen starting next week. Give myself a 2 week goal, and go from there.

‘ello!

So, this is my personal work-out, weight-tracking blog. I really, really want to get back into my healthy eating habits and my consistent work outs. I do NOT think I am fat. Let me make that clear. I just want to FEEL better about myself, and when I work out and I tone up, I feel great.

  • Weight - 138

  • Hips - 35
  • Weight - 120
